职位描述:
l 提供高质量的的客户服务,根据客户需求与咨询提供相应的产品与介绍。

l 协同门店运营,包括更新店内陈列、完成商品支付、制作订单等。

l 每日更新线上广告并回复线上咨询。

l 提供售前和售后客户服务和电话服务。

l 整理展示架上的产品,并及时补充展示架上的产品或新品。

l 协助仓库的日常盘点,并协助卸货与货物的出库入库。

l 保持展示厅、办公室与仓库的清洁。整理展架的商品与仓库中的货物。

l 熟练掌握ERP收银系统和钉钉系统的操作。


职位要求:
l 熟练掌握英语,加拿大教育背景优先考虑。

l 具备良好的沟通能力,友好热情。尊重工作职责,有奉献精神

l 熟练使用办公软件。

l 愿意并能够完成一些体力工作,(帮助客户提取货物,叠放和接收货物)。

l 工作细致认真,谨慎主动。

l 高效率、强责任心、执行力强、具备团队合作精神。

l 具备销售和零售工作经验者优先考虑。

l 必须能够热情地与客户互动,推动销售。

l 能在加拿大合法工作


福利待遇:
l 薪资:18元/小时+佣金,每周40小时。

l 每周工作5天,双休日,享有各种法定福利。

l 工作满1年后,有带薪年假,每年可增加2周。工作满3年后,可增加至3周,6年后可增加至4周。

Greenlife Inc is looking for a highly motivated individual to be part of our team. We are one of the leading suppliers of Spa, Salon, and Aesthetic products in the GTA.

Since our established in 2011, Greenlife has been contributing to local aesthetic communities by providing high-quality aesthetic supplies and equipment.

Our featured massage tables, facial beds, and barber chairs have become the most popular products all over Canada.

As a sales specialist in your Vancouver store, you will be an important member of our store, responsible for providing friendly and professional service to our customers.

You will need to have a good understanding of our store's products, introduce products to customers, assist in store's daily operations and ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of the store.


Responsibilities:


l Coordinate daily customer service operations, including store staging, payments, orders, and provide in-store customer consultation and advice, suggesting proper products to customers based on their needs.

l Update online advertisement on daily basis and reply to online inquires.

l Monitor and maintain store inventory.

l Provide pre-sales and after-sales in-person customer service & telephone service.

l Assist in the periodic inventory checks to ensure the accuracy of inventory

l Assist in the offload from truck, and inbound & outbound of goods

l Keep the showroom, office and warehouseclean, organize the products on the display shelves the goods in the inventory.

l Proficiently operate the ERP system and DingTalk system to cooperate with teamwork.


Job Requirements:

l Proficiency in English, with a Canadian education background preferred.

l Good communication skills, friendly and enthusiastic, respectful of your job position, and dedicated.

l Proficient in using office software like Excel.


l Willing to do and able to complete some physical work, such as helping customers to pick up goods, stacking and receiving goods.

l Work meticulously, conscientiously, cautiously, and proactively.

l High work efficiency, a strong sense of responsibility, strong execution, and a teamwork spirit.

l Sales and retails work experience preferred.

l Must be able to enthusiastically interact with customers to drive sales.

l Able to legally work in Canada.

$18/hour + commission, 40 hours/week.
