The Role:


As the Logistics Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient movement of goods across our supply chain.

You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our logistics operations, from partner selection and management, order management, negotiations and network design.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize the endtoend supply chain and ensure timely and costeffective transport of goods.
  • Manage relationships with vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure adherence to service level agreements.
  • Keep track of transport costs and efficiency and work to improving them.
  • Oversee customs compliance and international trade regulations to minimize risks and ensure smooth import operations.
  • Implement best practices in distribution to maximize efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Lead and mentor a small team, providing guidance and support to drive high performance and continuous improvement.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes to identify opportunities for innovation and operational excellence.

Qualifications:


  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics management, preferably in the retail industry.
  • Experience with fast growth companies and scaling operations rapidly.
  • Strong knowledge of international supply chain and logistics processes, including import/export regulations and customs compliance.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing 3PL providers and negotiating contracts.
  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to make datadriven decisions.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to adapt to a fastpaced and dynamic work environment.
