We are seeking a responsible and experienced Live-In Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our inn. As the Live-In Manager, you will be responsible for managing the staff, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining the property.Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise the staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.
- Ensure exceptional guest service and satisfaction by addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
- Oversee daily operations, including managing reservations, coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance, and ensuring that all rooms are properly cleaned and maintained.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, including food and beverage supplies, linens, and other necessary items.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a safe and clean environment for guests and staff.
- Manage the budget and financial performance of the inn, including revenue management and expense control.
- Handle administrative tasks, including payroll, bookkeeping, and recordkeeping.
Requirements:
- Experience in hotel management or a similar role is desired but not required
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.
- Knowledge of hospitality software, such as reservation and property management systems.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
