The Family Justice Services Division (FJSD) delivers programs and services that promote the timely and just resolution of family disputes within a comprehensive family justice system.


Under general supervision of the Local Manager, the Office Manager performs a variety of administrative support service and office management duties, supervises support staff, and must routinely perform duties in the absence of the Local Manager and/or other family justice staff.

The Office Manager is the first point of contact for the public and must be able to effectively interact to provide key information on Family Justice Services.


Job Requirements:


Preference may be given to applicants with:

  • Client service experience in a human service field (e.g., Indigenous organizations, family justice, community services agencies, legal services, court services).
  • Certificate or higher in office administration or a related field from a recognized postsecondary institution.
  • Office management experience.
  • Experience and/or training in financial procedures/practices.
  • Supervisory experience.
  • Experience and/or training in filing systems or records management. Applicants who selfidentify as Indigenous (First Nations status or nonstatus, Inuit and/or Metis) with the required combination of education and experience.
