_Working with the Dining Room Supervisors and Food and Beverage Management team, the Bar Staff are responsible for making drinks, taking food orders, maintaining the cleanliness of the bar and service areas, as well as providing outstanding service to our Members in the Pirate's Den or during Private and Member Events.

Duties and Responsibilities

Preparing drinks quickly and accurately.
Ensuring the bar and surrounding area is kept clean and sanitized at all times.
Making sure the bar is always fully stocked and ready for service.
Ensures excellent service and Member satisfaction.
Rectify any member or guest issues in a timely and professional manner.
Taking food orders at the bar for guests when required.
Helping servers deliver drinks and take drink orders at tables when required.
Opening and pouring wine for Members at the table as requested.
Keeping supply rooms clean and organized.
Changing kegs quickly and accurately.
Learning drink menu and being able to create cocktails up to standard.
Assist with Events when required, with duties such as wedding bartending set up and tear down.

Qualifications

Experience in the hospitality or customer service industry preferred.
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment, under pressure and tight deadlines, and always remain composed and professional.
Advanced written and verbal communication skills.
The ability to work as part of a team to meet and exceed the expectations of the Members.
A positive attitude.
Confidence to bring new ideas forward for consideration.
