Review financial documents, such as income statements, tax returns, and credit reports
Assess borrower's financial stability and ability to repay loans
Calculate loantovalue ratios and debttoincome ratios
Make recommendations for loan approvals or denials based on established guidelines
Collaborate with loan officers and other team members to gather necessary information
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies

Skills:

Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Proficient in financial analysis and risk assessment
Knowledge of underwriting guidelines and regulations
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
