What We're Looking For:

We are seeking a motivated and confident Civil Litigation Lawyer with 2 to 3 years of experience in Civil Law.

Responsibilities:

Independently manage civil litigation files.
Conduct comprehensive legal research using West Law and other resources to support client cases.
Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and agreements.
Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients.
Conduct discoveries, mediations, motions, and other legal proceedings.
Attend court appearances and advocate for clients' rights and interests.

Skills:

Strong research skills to gather relevant information and support legal arguments.
Excellent writing skills to draft clear and persuasive legal documents.
Strong negotiation skills to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
Proficient in legal drafting techniques to prepare accurate and comprehensive legal documents.
Ability to analyze complex legal issues and provide sound advice to clients.
