    Position summary


    We are looking for a Full Time Team Leader to join our team This position is an existing vacancy. This role will be responsible for acting as an ambassador of the Nespresso brand while ensuring operational excellence as well as above and beyond customer experience. Additionally, you will play a vital role in driving sales and achieving our sales targets.

    A day in the life

    • Debriefing team on key objectives and deliverables;
    • Analyzing KPI reports and coaching team to successfully hit metrics;
    • Ensuring effective communication with team and store management;
    • Creating positive brand experience for all stakeholders;
    • Balancing time between administrative and customer service tasks.

    What will make you successful

    • Passionate about coffee, sustainability, and eager to expand your knowledge of Nespresso coffees.
    • 2-3 years' experience driving sales and leading a team in a high-volume retail environment
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory software
    • Demonstrated excellence in understanding and driving KPIs
    • Effective time management and analytical skills
    • Ability to stand for an entire workday and repeatedly lift up to 23 kilograms.

    Nous sommes à la recherche d'un·e chef·fe d'équipe à temps plein pour rejoindre notre équipe. Ce poste est [un poste existant] OU [un tout nouveau rôle].L'individu occupant ce rôle sera chargé d'agir en tant qu'ambassadeur de la marque Nespresso tout en assurant l'excellence opérationnelle ainsi qu'une expérience client impeccable. De plus, vous jouerez un rôle essentiel dans la croissance des ventes et l'atteinte de nos objectifs de vente.

    Un jour dans la vie d'un·e chef·fe d'équipe

    • Informer et former l'ensemble de l'équipe par rapport aux principaux objectifs et diverses attentes;
    • Analyser les rapports de KPI (indicateurs clés de performance) et encadrer l'équipe pour atteindre les mesures avec succès;
    • Assurer une communication efficace avec l'équipe et la direction du magasin;
    • Fournir une expérience de marque positive pour toutes les parties prenantes;
    • Diviser de façon efficace le temps entre les tâches administratives et le service à la clientèle.

    Ce qui vous permettra de réussir dans le poste

    • Être passionné par le café, le développement durable et avoir le désir d'élargir ses connaissances sur les cafés Nespresso,
    • Avoir 2-3 ans d'expérience dans la gestion d'équipe et dans un environnement de vente au détail à haut volume
    • Maîtrise de Microsoft Office et des logiciels d'inventaire
    • Avoir une compréhension et expérience appliquée dans la gestion des KPI
    • Démontrer une gestion efficace du temps et fortes compétences analytiques
    • Capacité de rester debout pendant une journée de travail entier et de soulever à plusieurs reprises un maximum de 23 kilogrammes.
