Who We Are Looking For:
Main Job Responsibilities included but not limited to:
- Prepare and process import/export documents and other forms on behalf of clients in accordance with customs regulations, laws and procedures;
- Prepare entry forms that include rail movement information such as classification codes, country of origin, weights and quantities;
- Submit documentation to customs government department;
- Assist clients in securing paperwork needed to qualify imports for trade programs;
- Help clients with export rail movement; provide information on export licenses and submit information through automated export systems;
- Represent clients under a power of attorney with custom officials;
- Coordinate transportation and storage of imported goods.
- Must have a minimum 2 years customs brokerage experience;
- Valid customhouse broker license and CCS certification preferred;
- Excellent customer service skills;
- Supply Chain/Logistics/ customs brokerage education a bonus;
- Previous customer service experience required;
- Knowledge of complex import laws and regulations;
- Excellent computer skills; advanced knowledge of Word, Outlook and Excel;
- Must be willing to travel; Must have access to a vehicle;
- Able to pass preemployment Criminal Background Check.

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Brampton, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
