Job summary

The Facilities and Hospitality Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring seamless execution of internal and external events and keeping the firm tidy and organized.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate facility needs for internal meetings, client meetings, and firm events including furniture configurations and necessary AV equipment
  • Maintain the calendar of firm events and ensure adequate resources are available
  • Responsible for coordinating guest attendance in-office events

  • Research and book external facilities
    • Catering management: order, pickup & delivery & setup & cleanup of events
    • Furniture configuration management: coordinate with colleagues to prepare rooms before each event
    • Maintenance calendar monitoring: monitor meeting schedules to proactively prepare rooms in advance
