Key Responsibilities:

Financial Operations Management: Oversee and manage the daily operations of AP and AR, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and timely processing of transactions.

Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers, ensuring compliance with accounting principles and company policies.

Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the development and maintenance of the company's budget and forecasts, providing insights and analysis to support business decisions.

Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis as required, interpreting data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement within the company's financial operations.

Project Support: Display flexibility and adaptability in supporting various cross-functional projects, contributing financial expertise to achieve project objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Professional accounting designation (CPA, CMA, CGA) or working towards it is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in financial analysis, accounting, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and budgeting processes.
- Proficiency in financial software and systems (Quickbooks Online preferred), with advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, problemsolving, and decisionmaking abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively across teams.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing business needs.
- Legal eligibility to work in Ontario, Canada.
