Position Summary:

The Service Manager is responsible for the overall management and performance of the local Service Department.

This includes overseeing the Field and Shop Technician functions and working with and through the Service Dispatchers and the Shop Coordinator, to ensure that these functions are adequately and appropriately staffed and trained in all areas of job performance.

Effective in their communication with the technicians, the Service Manger must provide direction, while being supportive and informative.

The Service Manager is also committed to a proactive focus on growing the Service business as this is one of the key indicators of success for this position.


As the local lead for the Service Department, the Service Manager is responsible for assuming an effective coordination role with all other Business Units as well as Retail Customers and any User of the Service department's services and products.

Salary:
$90,000.00-$110,000.00 per year

- service advisor: 1 year (preferred)
