Job Summary:
This is a Regular Full-Time opportunity for a Healthcare Worker in Maximum and Multi-Level Security Units at BC Mental Health and Substance Use Services.+
Responsibilities:
- Establish therapeutic relationships with patients/families.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and respect their rights.
This role requires maintaining skin by applying creams/ointments as applicable; ensuring dietary needs are met; performing nursing care functions like ensuring they know Kardex risk triggers/signature behaviors/nursing care plans of assigned patients/unit milieu.
