What We're Looking For
We are currently seeking an entry-level
Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our Digital Marketing team here at Northern.

The Digital Marketing Coordinator is responsible for much of the day to day researching, coordinating, and executing effective digital marketing solutions for clients that drive conversions and support the customer journey.

This individual will utilize skills of organization and time management to aid in the preparation and execution of digital marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
-
Research, plan, and execute digital marketing initiatives in alignment with clients' goals and project deliverables
-
Conduct and report on research surrounding target audience identification,
competitive analysis, and search engine keyword analysis:


  • Collaborate with senior team members to ensure marketing strategies deliver ROI for clients
  • Aid in the preparation and delivery of client status meetings
-
Liaise with inter-departmental and cross-functional team members to optimize client experience and ensure optimal solution delivery
-
Demonstrate a consistent understanding of clients' marketing and business objectives
-
Maintain industry certifications and stay informed on marketing technologies and best practices
-
Monitor clients' marketing and business performance metrics to forecast trends and proactively recommend new solutions and/or campaigns

  • Identify key performance indicators and share insights with internal project stakeholders

Qualifications:


  • 1+ years' relevant
    marketing experience:
  • Successful completion of a post-secondary program in a relevant field (e.g.,
    marketing, advertising, web development, computer science) or equivalent work experience

Demonstrated knowledge and use of different
digital marketing tactics and tools across multiple channels

  • Google Analytics certification a bonus
