Team introduction and overview:

The mission of the "Outcome Based Engagement" department is to support its customers even further in their approach to innovation and transformation by supplementing software solutions with business expertise and the digitalization of their products and industrial processes.

It is a 3 years department being created at Dassault Systèmes (operated a a kind of startup) which must meet several challenges such as the definition of a new business model, a new way of engaging and contracting with its customers, a new way of delivering value to its clients.

Within this department, the Operations team is responsible for formalizing and communicating the strategy, clearly defining the deliverables expected by each team, setting up and equipping the processes to execute the department's strategy.

Role & Responsibilities:

By joining this team you will work in collaboration with an extended ecosystem (Legal, Sales, Finance, Pricing) and international on: - Modeling and business operations - Contract modeling - The tender office - Training and certification of wind forces Your missions will be to contribute to: -Development, organization and improvement of current processes - Implementation and deployment of the execution system with the main stakeholders of the WW OBE team - Support OBE managers in the implementation of KPIs Business function by business function (Department) -Implementation and improvement of tooling for WW OBE governance

Qualifications:

Some knowledge of the following areas is invaluable:

Business School level
Profile Finance Monitoring and controlling and Program Management Office
Personal Skills
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to collaborate across team and business functions
Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
