Job Summary
We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team.
This role involves supporting our executive team in a fast-paced environment with a focus on proactive communication, meticulous attention to detail, and timely execution of tasks.
Responsibilities and Duties
Proactive Communication:
Act as the primary point of contact for the executive team, proactively handling correspondence with clients, stakeholders, and employees.
Detail-Oriented Task Management:
Manage and coordinate schedules for the executive team with a keen eye for detail, ensuring that all meetings, deadlines, and tasks are prioritized and completed on time.
Meeting Preparation:
Meticulously prepare materials for meetings, take detailed minutes during sessions, and ensure all participants are promptly informed of decisions and action items.
Project Coordination:
Assist in planning and executing projects, tracking progress against goals, and reporting status to the executive team in a timely manner.
Administrative Support:
Perform various administrative tasks with precision, including managing files, responding to inquiries, and arranging travel and accommodations.
Qualifications and Skills
Experience:
Previous experience in an executive support role is preferred
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skill.
Strong time management and prioritization skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint)

Salary:
$20.00-$30.00 per hour
