Role Summary:
Working with the Fire Alarm Projects Sales Team coordinating project orders, delivery timelines, and technician schedules, and assisting with other administrative tasks in the project sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintaining Tech Schedule in cooperation with the Sales Team
- Placing and tracking Project orders with Notifier and other vendors
- Maintain Project Sales Team KPI
- Working with the warehouse team to coordinate deliveries to sites.
- Other duties are assigned as required.
Qualifications
- Education: Completion of High School Diploma
- Excellent Understanding Fire Safety codes and all applicable legislation is an asset
- Knowledge of computer software including MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent timemanagement and organizational skills, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary:
$55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
