Role Summary:

Working with the Fire Alarm Projects Sales Team coordinating project orders, delivery timelines, and technician schedules, and assisting with other administrative tasks in the project sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintaining Tech Schedule in cooperation with the Sales Team
Placing and tracking Project orders with Notifier and other vendors
Maintain Project Sales Team KPI
Working with the warehouse team to coordinate deliveries to sites.
Other duties are assigned as required.

Qualifications

Education: Completion of High School Diploma
Excellent Understanding Fire Safety codes and all applicable legislation is an asset
Knowledge of computer software including MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook.
Excellent customer service skills.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Excellent timemanagement and organizational skills, and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
