Description

Responsibilities:


  • Using our ERP systems for AP/AR duties as well as spreadsheets and software such as Microsoft Excel
  • Managing Account payables and Accounts receivables functions
  • Provide other accounting support as required
  • Producing a variety of reports and statements and checking the accuracy
  • Receiving and managing transactions with checks and the bank
  • Wire transfers and credit card reconciliations
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings and lunches
  • Order Office Supplies
  • Maintain Security update new employees' access
  • Maintain new phone system updating new employee access
  • Assist with Invoicing receiving
  • Check Sales orders and Purchase order
  • Filing of all documents
  • Support packaging samples for customers
  • Support Logistics/Invoicing/Accounting (vacation, absences)

Qualifications_

  • Will have strong attention to detail and produce reliable work;
  • Will be organized while completing multiple tasks;
  • Will have 13 years of AP/AR and office administration experience;
  • A degree or diploma is Business Administration or related education an asset;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Selfstarter, team player and proactive in dealing with issues
  • Extremely trustworthy and professionallyminded

Salary:
$45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Cambridge, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

- accounting experiance: 2 years (preferred)
- office Administration: 2 years (preferred)
