In this role, you will:
- Respond to customer inquiries, in person or on the phone
- Take customer orders for goods or services; promote goods or services; respond to inquiries and update accounts.
- Provide information about accounts; update accounts; initiate billing and process payments; and receive payment for services.
- Performs Accounts receivable tasks including contacting customers.
- Daily Bank deposits.
- Process overthecounter Lubricant sales.
- Cardlock inventory Fuel movements.
- Cardlock administration.
- Provide customer service at our service station operating fuel pumps.
- Act as a back for other divisions when required (e.g. Bourget).
Requirements:
What We're Looking For:
- Completion of secondary school is required.
- 2+ years of experience in a customer service/clerical role is required.
- Someone who shares our company values.
- Proven ability to work with mínimal supervision and exceed expectations.
- A high degree of proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, verbal and written, and telephone, in both English and French.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask, and juggle competing deadlines and multiple priorities.
