Responsibilities

• Greet and engage prospective residents, providing tours of available units and highlighting property features.
• Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits.
• Prepare and execute lease agreements in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate resident records and follow up with prospects throughout the leasing process.
• Assist with marketing efforts to attract new residents, including social media, signage, and community events.
• Coordinate move-ins and move-outs, ensuring a smooth transition for residents.
• Address resident concerns and maintenance requests in a professional and timely manner.
• Maintain knowledge of fair housing laws, leasing regulations, and company policies.
• Collaborate with the property management team to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years previous experience in leasing, sales, or customer service
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management software (experience with Yardi is a plus).
• Knowledge of local rental market and fair housing laws.
• Professional and friendly demeanor.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
• Self-motivated and results oriented.
• Team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
