Receptionist
Are you looking for a way to increase your accounting knowledge while getting paid to do so? This could be the role you are looking for.
You will gain experience in all functions from accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, financing, reception, deals and all the details in between.
As you show your ability to learn, growth is inevitable.This role is an in-person role at our South-East Calgary head office.
_Summary of Duties:
_
Duties to include, but are not limited to:
- Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately.
- Answering screening and forwarding incoming phone calls.
- Receiving and sorting daily mail
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable.
- Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock
- Other tasks as requested by the Controller
