**Job Description Summary**: Au sein de l'unité Services Canada, vous assurez des prestations de service sur site client au Canada ou à l'étranger. Ces prestations concernent l'appareillage haute-tension (Disjoncteur, Sectionneur) de GE Grid Solutions, avec pour objectif d'honorer le contrat signé tout en fidélisant la clientèle existante et en générant de nouvelles commandes.

Within the Canada Services unit, you will be responsible for providing on-site services to customers in Canada and abroad. These services are related to high voltage switchgears (Circuit Breaker, Disconnect Switch, etc.) of GE Grid Solutions, with the objective of honoring the signed contract while retaining existing customers and generating new orders.

Préparer sa mission en faisant appel, en cas de besoin uniquement, aux chargés d'affaires et au pôle préparation
- En prenant connaissance de l'ordre de mission, en préparant et/ou en complétant le dossier technique ;
- En coordonnant avec le pôle préparation la mise à disposition de l'outillage en fonction de la nature de l'intervention;
- En réceptionnant l'autorisation de travail (sécurité, planning, moyens) délivrée par le client ;
Afin d'assurer la prestation conformément à la demande client en termes de couts/délais.

Réaliser les travaux sur site

Le technicien de chantiers extérieur réalise, selon les cas, les activités suivantes:

- La mise et maintien en conformité EHS du site tout au long de l'intervention ;
- La maintenance d'appareillage haute tension (Disjoncteur, Sectionneur, etc.) ;
- Les opérations de montage et dépannage d'appareillage neufs ou encore sous garantie ;
Afin d'assurer la satisfaction du client dans le respect des règles contractuelles et de sécurité.

Finaliser le chantier et assurer le suivi:

- En validant avec le client sa fin de mission avec la signature des documents de fin de chantiers (Feuilles d'heures, rapport de fin d'intervention etc.) ;
- En générant les non-Conformités (NCP) détectées lors de l'intervention ;
- En rédigeant un compte-rendu d'intervention à destination de l'unité Services Canada ;
- En déclarant de nouvelles opportunités de maintenance détectées pendant l'activité sur site ;
Afin de garantir la traçabilité des actions engagées.

Remplir des missions pour les différents services de l'unité:

- En formant, si besoin, des nouveaux embauchés au métier ;

Profil recherché:

- Minimum technique de génie électrique et/ou expérience chantier en poste électrique ;
- Capacité de lecture des plans électriques, mécanique et hydraulique ;
- Capacité a diagnostiqué à l'aide des équipements des tests appropriés ;
- Travail en déplacement Canada/étranger sur 80% du temps de travail ;
- Outils informatiques maitrisés (MS Office, Outlook, etc.) ;
- Anglais - Français parlé et écrit.

Prepare the mission by calling upon the business managers and the preparation department, only if necessary:

- By taking note of the mission order, by preparing and/or completing the technical file;
- By coordinating with the preparation department, the provision of the tools according to the nature of the intervention;
- By receiving the work authorization (safety, planning, means) delivered by the customer

In order to ensure the service in accordance with the customer's request in terms of costs and deadlines.

Carry out the work on site

The technician of external sites carries out, according to the cases, the following activities:

- The setting and maintenance in EHS conformity of the site throughout the intervention
- Maintenance of high voltage equipment (circuit breaker, disconnector, etc.)
- Assembly and repair operations of new equipment or equipment still under warranty

To ensure customer satisfaction in compliance with contractual and safety rules

To finalize the site and to ensure the follow-up
- By validating with the customer his end of mission with the signature of the documents of end of building sites (Sheets of hours, report of end of intervention, etc.);
- By generating the non-conformities (NCP) detected during the intervention;
- By writing an intervention report for the Services Canada unit;
- By declaring new maintenance opportunities detected during the on-site activity ;

Fulfill missions for the different services of the unit
- By training, if needed, new hires to the job.

Profile required:

- Minimum technical electrical engineering and/or worksite experience in an electrical position;
- Ability to read electrical, mechanical and hydraulic plans;
- Ability to diagnose with appropriate test equipment;
- 80% of the work time is spent travelling in Canada and abroad;
- Proficient in computer tools (MS Office, Outlook, etc.);
- English - French spoken and written
