As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for answering calls from our clients and their members in a professional, courteous, and prompt manner; updating their information in our systems and ensuring that their requests on orders, are accurately recorded for our warehousing and dispatch teams.

Key Responsibilities
Communicate Issues with Account Reps

Assist Account Reps with Daily Updates upon Request
Weekly Meeting to report trends that are being noticed.
Help Sort & Scan PODs
List key points and job functions
Must be detailed orientated.
Understand and maintain work priorities.
Follow all safety guidelines and use appropriate PPE at all times.
Other duties as assigned.

Skills / Experience / Required Qualifications

Customer service / call centre experience
Bilingual (French & English)
Exceptional customer service skills with a strong "customer first" attitude
Good organizational skills and strong timemanagement techniques
Works well under pressure and in a fastpaced environment.
Knowledge of MS suite of programs and special inhouse menu based systems
Display high ethics, character and commitment to business policies and decisions
Display initiative in handling problems, be a team player and support changes
