Our organization is looking for an energetic, experienced and motivated Group Fitness Instructor or Personal Trainer for both one on one personal training as well as group fitness instruction.
The ideal addition to our team has formal education in the fitness field, experience working both one on one and in a class setting, and is friendly and driven to provide exceptional service to our clients.
FRST Fitness is an Ottawa born fitness facility, known for our commitment to educating our clients, science based training, and ultimately, working smarter not harder.
FRST Trainer Responsibilities include:
- Instructing group strength and HIIT training classes
- Providing ongoing correction and modification to exercise technique
- Providing a high energy, motivating atmosphere for all class participants
- Applicant must hold a valid Personal Training Certification
- Opportunity to train personal training clients
The Ideal FRST Team Member is:
- Able to multitask and manage group classes
- Extensive knowledge of exercise physiology, anatomy and biomechanics
