    MT Talent Solutions Inc. is proud to partner with a leader in the consulting engineering and construction space.

    For over 70 years, our client has provided best in class water, wastewater, transportation, energy, environment and facilities solutions and as they grow in the Canadian market, they are looking to add a dynamic Proposal Specialist to their Greater Toronto Area operations.

    As a Proposal Specialist, you will play a vital role in the business development efforts by crafting compelling and competitive proposals.

    You will collaborate closely with technical professionals to produce high-quality content that effectively communicates the capabilities and solutions to clients.

    What You Will Do In The Role

    Develop and produce comprehensive proposals in response to client requests for proposals (RFPs), requests for qualifications (RFQs), and other bid opportunities.

    Work closely with subject matter experts to gather relevant information and ensure accuracy and completeness of proposal content.
    Edit and proofread narrative written by technical professionals to ensure clarity, consistency, and compliance with client requirements.

    Utilize advanced skills in Adobe InDesign, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft PowerPoint to create visually appealing and professional proposal documents.

    Manage proposal schedules and deadlines to ensure timely submission of proposals.
    Maintain proposal databases, templates, and content libraries for efficient proposal development and customization.
    What you will bring to the role:
    Bachelor's degree in Communications, English, Business, Journalism, or related field.
    Minimum of 3 years of experience in proposal development, preferably within the architectural, engineering, or construction industry.
    Proficiency in MS Office 365, Adobe Creative Cloud, and SharePoint applications.
    Advanced skills in Adobe InDesign, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft PowerPoint, including use of styles and templates.
    Experience in editing and proofreading narrative written by technical professionals.
    Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities effectively.
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
