    Areas of responsibility will include Academic Development and Planning, Academic Quality Assurance, the Centre for Teaching and Learning Innovation, and the Office of Applied Research and Innovation. Additionally, there is oversight of six quality Schools: Academics, Applied Arts, and Tourism; Business and Information Technology; Engineering Technology; Health Sciences; Industrial Trades and Natural Resources; and Sustainable Development.

    Screening Criteria

    • Master's Degree in Education (Post-Secondary) or Educational Leadership (equivalencies will be considered).
    • Experience in the administration of academic programs, services, and related functions such as academic planning and development, quality assurance and accreditation, research, and teaching and learning.
    • Demonstrated experience in senior management within a post-secondary environment.

    • Understanding of applied research practices and methodologies encompassing industry trends and challenges.
    • Knowledge of the higher education landscape including local, domestic, and international trends, challenges, and opportunities influencing post-secondary.

    Conditions of Offer

    Conditions of Acceptance

    • Willing to accept overnight travel, both domestic and international.
    • Willing to relocate to Newfoundland and Labrador (relocation assistance may be available).

    Salary Information

    PT points) - $118,935 - $154,615 (as of July 1, 2024)
