Mercedes-Benz Thornhill Luxury Dealership is looking for an
Accounting Clerk to join our amazing team

Job Purpose
The Accounting Clerk performs accounting-related tasks utilizing knowledge of the entire accounting cycle. This position performs accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks.

Responsibilities

Prepare the cash deposits and cash clearing. schedule
Posting licensing and all vendors invoices
Posting and verifying costs for the vehicle purchases
180 and CDK
Posting Deals
Wholesale and Dealer Trades
Managing account payables and accounts receivables
Perform other tasks based on management requirements and instructions.

Qualifications

Minimum of two years of accounting experience
Background in the automotive or related industry is an asset
College Diploma
Excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills
Ability to adapt to a changing environment and meet deadlines
Proficient with CDK; ability to operate PCbased software, e.g. Excel, Word
Strong attention to detail
