As the Salesforce Administrator at CaseWare, you will ensure an optimized configuration of the organization's SFDC instance.

This includes ensuring the integrity of data and reporting, maintaining users and profiles, administering object relationships, and implementing best practices around permission sets, record types, and workflows.

What you will be doing:

Provide endtoend support, administration, and guidance on CaseWare's global implementation of SFDC.
Design and establish best practices for sales and other processes in SFDC to maximize functionality.
Train stakeholders (commercial team, crossfunctional teams, and leadership) in utilizing SFDC as an enduser or administrator.
Plan and schedule releases & deployments to roll out features, addons, and other integrations.
Assist in migrating existing Dynamics, HubSpot and other data to the SFDC instance.
Ensure alignment of SFDC with NetSuite implementation.

What you will bring:

35 years of directly working in and administering SFDC.
Thorough knowledge of Sales and Service Cloud.
A solid background in working with flow and data loader (hard requirement).
Strong verbal and written communication skills to audiences on diverse spectrums of system & tools knowledge.

Nice to have:

Previous experience in implementation of SFDC.
Experience in administering SFDC for organizations with operations across multiple geographies.
Knowledge of financial/accounting data, reporting and processes.
