    Regional Sales Director - Quebec
    Midland Transport is currently seeking a Regional Sales Director based out of Quebec, supporting our Quebec region. The Regional Sales Manager is a key member of the sales leadership team and will report into the Vice President of Sales.
    Build, coach and lead Midland's Quebec sales team which consists of five Account Managers;
    Ensure sales revenue and gross margin targets are achieved;
    Explore new markets, services and products and development of these opportunities for revenue growth;
    Achieve required rate increases to improve revenue quality on a continuous basis;
    Foster an environment of continuous improvement.

    Major account experience is an asset;
    Sales management experience preferred;
    Solid LTL, Truckload and Courier transportation knowledge and experience;

    Bâtir, encadrer et diriger l'équipe des ventes québécoise de Midland, qui comprend cinq directeurs des comptes.
    Explorer de nouveaux marchés, services et produits et exploiter ces débouchés pour augmenter les revenus.
    Obtenir les hausses de tarif requises pour constamment améliorer la qualité des revenus.

    Préférablement une expérience en gestion des ventes
    Notre siège social est situé à Dieppe, au Nouveau-Brunswick, mais nous avons des terminaux en Ontario, au Québec et dans tout le Canada atlantique. Nos services comprennent le transport de chargements partiels (LTL) et complets (TL), le transport intermodal, des équipements de réfrigération, les déplacements transfrontaliers, la prise en charge de produits frais et surgelés et un service de messagerie.
