About Trillium Med Village, Trillium Med Village aims to advance the quality of care, efficiency, and safety in healthcare. The position requires face-to-face business development and solution-selling, ability to exercise strong initiative and independent judgement to work effectively.


Primary Responsibilities:


  • Identify and pursue prospective clients, leveraging internal and external resources to identify new leads to research and develop new relationships.
  • Reinforce relationships with current clients through regular contact and promotion of valueadded services for future business.
  • Maintain and update client relationship management system database and individual sales & marketing activity reports.
  • Receive incoming assignments from clients and collaborate with operations in identification and assignment of qualified consultants to oversee and execute each assignment.
  • Maintain good relationships among company operations personnel, serving as an initial liaison between them and our clients.
  • Assist in handling and resolving client concerns/needs.
  • Communicate comprehensively and effectively.
  • Solve problems creatively and efficiently to expand and build the business and client base.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in business or marketing; with appropriate experience.
  • Track record of responsibility and success; minimum 2 years' professional level experience in business development, oneonone meetings, client relationship management, sales and/or account management.
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written), follow up, presentation and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Excel, and working knowledge of CRM programs.
  • You have a valid Drivers License and access to a vehicle.
