Responsibilities:

Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into effective SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
Configure and customize SAP SuccessFactors modules, including but not limited to Employee Central (EC), Performance Management, Talent Profiling, and Learning Management System (LMS) according to client needs.
Provide expertise in data migration, integration, and system testing for SAP SuccessFactors implementations.
Conduct workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer sessions for clients and internal teams.
Stay updated with the latest SAP SuccessFactors releases, best practices, and industry trends to continuously improve service delivery.
Work closely with project managers, developers, and other consultants to ensure successful project delivery within timelines and budget constraints.
Provide postimplementation support and troubleshooting for SAP SuccessFactors modules.
Contribute to the development of presales materials, proposals, and project documentation as needed.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Human Resources, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.
Minimum of [5] years of experience as an SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with a focus on Employee Central (EC), Performance Management, Talent Profiling, and Learning Management System (LMS).
Strong configuration experience in SAP SuccessFactors modules, including but not limited to Employee Central (EC), Performance Management, Talent Profiling, and Learning Management System (LMS).
Handson experience with SAP SuccessFactors implementations, including data migration, integration, and system testing.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams.
Certification in SAP SuccessFactors modules is highly desirable.
Ability to travel occasionally for client meetings, workshops, and project implementations.
Strong problemsolving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.

Job Type:
Fixed term contract

Contract length: 12 months

Pay:
$72,384.52-$128,948.06 per year
