Responsibilities:

Generate sales leads and identify potential new business opportunities through networking, coldcalling, and other sales techniques
Bid on projects using tools like Building Connect and other project management software
Work closely with general contractors to close deals and secure new business opportunities
Build and maintain relationships with clients and ensure their satisfaction with our services
Follow up with current jobs to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise
Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase revenue and profitability
Collaborate with the operations team to ensure the successful completion of projects on time and within budget
Attend industry events and conferences to network and stay uptodate on industry trends and best practices

Requirements:

Previous experience in outbound sales, project management, or a related field
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering results
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong organizational and timemanagement skills
Experience using project management software such as Building Connect
Knowledge of epoxy flooring and the construction industry is preferred, but not required
