Ledge on Lakeshore, when complete, will comprise 1,000 rental residences supported by an amenity offering previously unseen in the marketplace.

The first 200 units, all 2 and 3-bedroom townhome units, are currently under construction, with the first occupancy expected in early 2023.

The 2nd phase of the project will deliver the parkade, three residential towers, over 60,000 sq ft of indoor amenity space, and over 3 acres of outdoor amenity space.

This property is located in the Lower Mission area of Kelowna and will be completed in three phases over the next four to five years.

  • Drive revenue while achieving leasing goals through effective closing skills.
  • Present the product such that the customer is inspired and compelled to call Ledge on Lakeshore their home.
  • Powerful, productive, and collaborative teamwork to ensure an optimal resident experience and efficient property operations.
  • A hunger for constant and neverending improvement, including sales techniques and customer service
  • Ensure local, provincial, & federal laws and regulations are observed in the community.
  • Execute all work in a safe, professional manner in compliance with Occupational Health and Safety Legislation.
  • Ensure comprehension and compliance with all Westcorp Playbook policies.
  • Complete other duties as required and assigned by the Leasing Manager.

Who you are and what you bring:


Must Haves:


  • A minimum of 2 years of work experience in a highgrowth environment, with inbound or outbound sales, or fastpaced, hightraffic sales, retail leadership, is highly sought after
  • Solid aptitude for sales and possess sensational customer service philosophy
  • Highly proficient computer skills and knowledge of MS Suite of products (Sharepoint, TEAMS, Outlook, Stream, etc.), as Westcorps' leasing process is electronic
  • Ability to source data, analyze the results and share with the stakeholders
  • High level of empathy and understanding, the ability to personalize your approach will be an asset
  • A high degree of professionalism and dedication to all stakeholders
  • Highly organized, resultsoriented, and able to work in a multifunctional team environment
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • Communicate with honesty and kindness and create the space for others to do the same
  • Possess exceptional English communication skills (verbal, listening, and written)
  • You are flexible and can work outside of normal business hours as hours will include evenings and weekends
  • Appearance is neat, clean, and professional
  • Must have own vehicle and valid driver's license
  • A security clearance is required upon offer of employment

  • Residential Leasing Experience
  • Rental housing industry knowledge
  • Experience using Yardi or similar customerengagement software & CRMs.
