What you can expect when joining the team


Reporting to the Director of Product Marketing, you will act as the glue that binds our product strategy to the tactics that are needed to drive commercial success.

You will be the product evangelist and will play an integral role in the go-to-market strategies in existing and new geographies for your products.


Working closely with marketing, business development, and product leaders, you will develop programs that drive demand and product acquisition, empowering our sales channels to be successful.

A keen attention to detail and the ability to grasp and present our product's value proposition will enable you to be successful in this role.


Your daily life

During the day, you will be led to:

  • Own the market intelligence of your product
  • be the expert on our buyers, who they are, how they buy and their key buying criteria;
  • Understand the competitive landscape, acting as an expert on our competition and how they are positioned;
  • Collaborate with product management and marketing communications to develop product positioning and messaging that resonates with our target buyer personas;
  • Understand and document our buyer's process, including where they get information, and the who, what, when and why behind the decisions they make;
  • Drive changes to our sales and marketing processes;
  • Develop a marketing plan for the products you support in conjunction with our marketing team, including key activities and budgets to support the acquisition of new customers and the retention of existing customers;
  • Assess the effectiveness of the marketing programs that support your products on an ongoing basis, and report back to the business on required changes;
  • Plan the launches of netnew products and releases of existing products and manage the crossfunctional implementation of the plan;
  • Act as the primary thought leader for the products you support externally, including speaking engagements and written works;
  • Understand and support our sales channels and partners train them on the problems we solve for our buyers and users, develop internal tools and external collateral and teach them how and when to use it.

Your profile
Are you an engaging product marketing professional focused on developing successful go-to-market strategies and programs? Are you known for your capacity to act as a bridge between analysis and action in a fast-paced environment? Are you motivated by the opportunity to work in a growing organization that values teamwork, learning and continuous improvement? _The sky is the limit _If you have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in marketing, administration or another field relevant to the position;
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a similar position;
  • Knowledge of the healthcare industry and information technology (a major asset);
  • The demonstrated ability to think critically, simplify and clarify key information, combined with strong writing skills;
  • A track record that demonstrates your ability to deliver and willingness to try new approaches and learn from experience;
  • Extensive knowledge of market analysis and marketing;
  • Exceptional ROItracking skills, able to prove what is, or isn't working;
  • The natural ability to vulgarize information, communicate the value proposition of a product, and visualize and define the customer journey;
  • Strong diplomatic skills knowing when to push back and when to dive in;
  • Excellent people skills to interact with colleagues, crossfunctional teams and third parties;
  • Bilingualism in written and spoken English-French;
  • Pragmatic Institute Certified / Product Marketing Alliance (a strong asset).
