YOUR ROLE:

The Co-Pack planner is a key member of the Hair Professional Supply Chain Team which includes both Customer Services & Operations team members. This position manages the copack planning function for all brands within Hair Professional and plays a significant role in improving and delivering results in a fastpaced complex supply chain business model.
Accurately plans and maintains the supply plan at the sku level for all items copacked in Canada.
Responsible for execution of Co-Pack plans and is accountable for ontime, in full delivery.
Works closely with local Brand Marketing teams and demand planners to ensure product availability to customers.
Manages the flow of product to and from the warehouse to vendors and manages daytoday relationships with vendors.
Liaisons with local & global teams across Operations, Customer Service, Marketing, Suppliers, Warehouses, and external vendors including Co-Packers, to ensure the availability of all material, promotion components and completed products at all required times.
Manages timelines of copack projects and holds teams accountable to timelines.
Focuses on being proactive in approach towards followup and monitoring of both supply and inventory stock levels to achieve defined KPI metrics and targets.
Support Hair Professional Canada Master Data inquiries.
Undertakes any special projects as may be required or may get assigned.

YOUR SKILLS:

Bachelor's Degree with a focus in business/supply chain/engineering.
2+ years of experience within supply chain/operations with focus on planning, logistics, inventory control, transportation, customer service and/or distribution processes working in a process driven, systems environment using ERP systems is mandatory.
SAP experience is preferred.
