As we expand to meet the growing demand in the automotive wheel & tire sector, we are seeking a dedicated full-time Inside Sales Specialist (Wheels & Tires) to provide exceptional support to our clients.

• Accurately processing orders by verifying vehicle information, customer details, and validating payment information.
• Coordinating between vendors, suppliers and customers regarding inventory, pricing, fitment and order status.
• Evaluating returns, exchanges, and refunds based on product and vehicle fitment
• Handling customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
• Providing technical support related to our product catalog.
• Recording details of customer interactions, transactions, and inquiries

• Possess 13 years of experience in a similar automotive support role.
• Fluent in both French and English (written and verbal).
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in automotive related sales is an asset

• Prior understanding of wheel and tire fitment is an asset.
• Exceptional communication abilities.
• Previous experience in mounting and balancing tires is an asset.
• Exceptional organizational skills with a strong attention to detail.
• Residing in Montreal with the capability to commute to Dollard des Ormeaux.
