Job Summary
I need built a self-serve inbound call routing SaaS that works similarly to Ringba but much simpler and cheaper focused on static call routing not a bidding marketplace Users must be able to Create their own accounts Add a credit card Buy or assign phone numbers Configure call routing themselves SIP or phone number See call logs minutes and billing Be automatically paused if payment fails I do not want to manually onboard configure or manage customers What the platform should do at minimum Account & Billing Self-serve signup Stripe integration with usage-based per-minute billing Hard enforcement no payment = no calls Spend limits and auto-pause Telephony Inbound call routing using Twilio or Telnyx Prefer SIP-to-SIP routing for lowest minute cost Support PSTN as a fallback Optional failover destination Call recording optional pass-through cost Routing Simple routing only One or two destinations Timeouts Schedules Daily/concurrent caps No bidding No lead marketplace No AI scoring attribution Visibility Live calls view Call history with duration and billed minutes CSV export Clear transparent billing What I explicitly do NOT want No manual customer setup No complex routing trees No bid exchange No overbuilt UI No PBX management by meNo custom call center features This must be easy for non-technical users to operate on their own Technical expectations Built using Twilio Voice APIs Backend Python Go Database Postgres similar Frontend simple web dashboard React equivalent Hosted on AWS GCP etc Clean multi tenant SaaS architecture Business constraint important The platform must support very low per minute pricing ~$029 min which means Minimal call legs Efficient routing Automated billing and enforcement no human ops End goal A customer should be able to Sign up add a card buy a number create route send traffic without ever talking to us Contract duration of 3 -6 months with hours/week Mandatory skills VoIP VoIP Software Call Routing Stripe Twilio API API Development Redis Google Cloud Platform React
