What you'll do:

  • Zones the department.
  • Rotates stock and checks for expired items.
  • Ensures proper signage and pricing of products.
  • Follows cold chain compliance, thermometer calibrations, temperature recording, food handling, product rotation, sell-by dates, and expiration dates.
  • Adheres to food safety protocols, sanitation, and cleaning procedures.
  • Executes procedures for ordering, clearance, markups/markdowns, signing, flagging, pricing, and labeling.
  • Maintains product features.
  • Keeps the area clean, organized, and free of unnecessary items and liquids.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Age - 16 or older.
