Description
Responsibilities:
- Maintain the cleanliness of kitchen and dining areas.
- Prepare food for customers.
- Ensure cleanliness of cooking surfaces.
- Be knowledgeable about and understand food safety laws, Health Department regulations, and the proper handling of food waste and hazardous materials.
- Understand basic kitchen safety and sanitation procedures.
