About The Role:

***The Employee Experience Coordinator is part of our Montreal team and reports directly into the Regional Lead, Montreal. The role is primarily responsible for providing support, giving advice and conducting performance reviews of FDM's Consultants, who are based at client sites across the country. The Employee Experience Coordinator must have strong verbal and written communication skills, have a confident and positive attitude, as well as being a highly organized, self-motivated and efficient administrator. They must be able to work in a busy and dynamic environment, building a solid rapport with all parts of the business that affects FDM's employee experience.


Delivery of a good employee experience is underpinned by the Employee Experience Coordinator's responsibility to provide a highly professional level of on-going support, before but mainly during the consultant's placement on client sites.

Liaison with the client, the consultant and account manager is critical to ensuring a quality experience while resolving potential areas of concern or difficulty in advance.


  • Being the first point of contact for consultant queries, and helping to resolve any issues
  • Provide support, guidance, and mentorship to onsite consultants on a variety of topics
  • Be prepared to listen to consultants and handle conflicts positively
  • Arranging meetings, events and other activities
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to review employee feedback data and implement new initiatives to further support them
  • Complete day to day documentation/administrative tasks
  • Conduct formal performance reviews of onsite consultants
  • Assisting with client onboarding and HR administrative duties as needed
