Who We Are Looking For: - A seasoned mobile and front-end developer eager to lead in the crafting of engaging, user-centric mobile applications for both iOS and Android platforms. Our ideal candidate will have a solid background in mobile environments such as React Native, as well as experience in React/Next.JS.
- Someone with at least 4+ years of experience, preferably in a dynamic startup setting. Experience in B2B SaaS would be an added advantage.
- An innovator who thrives on learning and growth, both independently and through Mero's mentorship initiatives.
- A design-savvy developer with a keen eye for UX/UI patterns, capable of translating high-fidelity designs from Figma into polished, modular, and reusable mobile components.
- A coder who not only writes clean, efficient, and maintainable code but also engages in code reviews to ensure our software stands up to security and industry standards.
- A collaborative team player who works well across different departments to tackle technical challenges, always keeping an eye on the latest trends and technologies in mobile development, particularly within the property technology and IoT sectors.
Requirements: - Profound expertise in mobile development, with a solid portfolio in cross-platform frameworks such as React Native, or Capacitor as well as web frameworks such as Next or React.
- Experience in leveraging Native iOS and Android Mobile API's in applications.
- A good understanding of design and UX patterns, with proficiency in using Figma for design collaboration.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and the adaptability to thrive in the fast-paced, evolving landscape of a startup environment.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and a collaborative spirit, capable of working effectively in a team-oriented setting.
- Outstanding communication abilities, both written and verbal, essential for coordinating within cross-functional teams and contributing to the project's success.
