Description

Current work hours for this job are 7am - 3pm and 10am-6pm

  • Has excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Has the ability to work independently and unsupervised
  • 2 years of recent computer, server, and network troubleshooting experience
  • Likes to be handson, with a desire for continual learning
  • Is familiar with a wide range of business IT technologies
  • Is flexible to work after hours, weekend, and oncall as required
  • Has a degree or diploma in Computer Science or similar discipline
  • Cisco experience is an asset
  • VMWare experience is an asset

Responsibilities include:


  • Access to a vehicle is a must as some light travel around the GTA is required
  • Creating and closing support tickets
  • Resolving technical issues
  • Performing equipment setup/troubleshooting (Windows PC's, Macs, Servers, mobile devices and variety of office equipment)
  • Working with office staff in various technical roles
  • Setup and configuration of VoIP phones, and maintaining phone system
  • Some afterhours and weekend work will be required, though this is often scheduled in advance

Salary:
$50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
