Duties Include:

• Prepare food items in accordance to recipes
• Ensure food costing and portioning is being followed
• Maintain work areas and equipment
• Properly rotate and organize inventory
• Being a positive and energetic team member
• Understanding all company policies and following them

Qualifications Include:

• 12 years experience in restaurant cooking environment
• Competent knife skills and knowledge of kitchen equipment
• Highly motivated with a willingness to learn
