As a Room attendant your Commitment to exceptional guest service through the provision of clean, safe and sanitized accommodations for our guests.

• Vacuum, clean, dust and polish guest rooms as assigned.
• Remove dirty linen, make beds, change sheets.
• Clean bathrooms, remove and replace used towels and toiletries.
• Regularly replace and restock room amenities, including towels, soap and shampoos
• Clean, dust and vacuum lobby, public areas, hallways as needed.
• Keep housekeeping carts clean and stocked.
• Respond Professionally and courteously to all guest requests.
• Ensure security of guest rooms and privacy of guests
• Perform rotation cleaning duties (e.g., windows, drapes) as required.
• Occasionally Perform shifts in the laundry room involving the sorting and folding of linen
• Understand and implement the proper use of cleaning supplies.
• Ensuring that staff room & storage areas are always clean and tidy.
• Follow all safe work practices in addition to safety and sanitation policies to maintain a clean, safe hazardfree work area all the time.
• Ability to work various shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Ability to frequently lift, carry, push and pull up to 50lbs.
• Must be able to walk, stand, push, pull, twist, reach, crouch, bend and stretch repeatedly throughout a shift and routinely perform physically demanding tasks.

• Exceptional attention to details and time management skills
• Effective English communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous housekeeping experience is an asset, preferably in hospitality setting.
