Booster Juice is looking for a skilled and experienced Project Manager to manage all aspects in the successful completion of tenant fit outs for new stores and existing store renovations primarily in Ontario and Eastern Canada.

This role requires travel to project locations approximately 20% of the time.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Coordinating store design through management of thirdparty consultants and suppliers.
Communicating with landlords to fulfill project specific requirements.
Working within strict timelines, budgets and able to meet deadlines.
Ability to prioritize and organize details while effectively multitasking various projects.
Develops and reviews project schedule status and reports.
Direct project responsibility:
Gather all project information: schedules, lease terms, existing conditions, assignments, and tasks.
Coordinating site specific design documents, submittals and building permits.
Work with the Department Manager, Designers, and Engineers to complete drawings and supporting documents.
Prepare and issue tender package to contractors and subtrades.
Procurement of trades, materials, and equipment
Perform visits to project sites to prepare, monitor or transition the project as needed.
Communicate with, and support Franchisee's through construction process.
Work with other departments to ensure that the projects are expedited and coordinated.
Coordinate the work of trades, contractors, suppliers, and internal company departments.
Monitor, modify, and communicate opening schedule as assigned.
Supports the transition of new store openings from General Contractor (GC) to Operations department.
Followup and completion of deficiency reports, store set up, project closeout documentation

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

2+ years experience in construction as a Project Manager.
Intermediate CAD competency is an asset but not required.
Completed postsecondary education.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft computer software (e.g., Excel, Word, etc.)
