How you will contribute
:
You will deploy an integrated, multi-year marketing capability strategy that is future-focused and differentiating and deploy a marketing capabilities framework that drives growth and brings a competitive advantage.
In addition, you will partner with marketing transformation and excellence regional leads to leverage and scale platforms and initiatives on simplification and serve as a champion for the standardization and use of Mondelēz International's marketing playbook.

- Marketing practitioner with diverse experience in brand, category, innovation management or other marketing disciplines at a leadership level
- Leadership to challenge the status quo
- Tolerating ambiguity
- Analyzing and the wisdom/judgement to evaluate and improve delivery
- Navigating the international structure and working with different work processes in each region
- Interpersonal, intercultural and communicating/influencing skills
Education / Certifications
:
- University degree with a focus on Business/ Marketing is an asset, but not a requirement
Job specific requirements
:
- Minimum of 35 years of work experience in a Marketing or Strategy role, Brand Management or CPG experience is an asset
- Ability to thrive and handle ambiguity in a fast paced environment
- Ability to build and deliver against strict timelines
- Ability to work with the cross functional teams
