Allspec Asphalt is seeking all positions for our paving division, Foreman, Equipment Operators, Screed Operators, Finish and Break Down Roller Operators, Rakers and Labourers.

• Capability of ensuring a safe work environment in compliance with all safety policies and procedures using appropriate tools and equipment for the task
• Ability to work in a teambased environment, at a steady pace
• Must be able to perform labour duties when required
• Capacity to perform tasks with mínimal supervision
• Some computer skills needed
• Certifications and/or licenses appropriate to industry, e.g., CSTS 2020
• Reliable transportation and a positive attitude
• Class 5 license is an asset but not required
• Able to work long hours and weekends if required
• Able to pass preemployment drug & alcohol screening
