    What We're Looking For : The Applications Development Talent team supports a variety of projects related to supporting the attraction and retention of our development teams. We are seeking someone to join our team in Kitchener Waterloo to aid in our campus and professional hiringprograms. You should have stellar written and verbal skills, be ready to use your creative mindset to help improve and run hiring programs and be willing to learn and grow in your skills. You will also have the opportunity to work on our thriving co-op and rotational new grad programs. The ideal candidate is organized, collaborative, and a problem solver; you should also have a positive attitude and demonstrate a passion for driving projects to completion.

    The Team: The NetSuite Global Business Unit is part of Oracle's Cloud Business Software Suite. The NetSuite application is one unified business management suite that encompasses Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and financials, Customer Resource Management (CRM), and e-commerce, making it easier for customers to focus on what they do best – running their business. The ERP team helps customers manage their planning and forecasting, purchasing and manufacturing, sales and billing, and all required financial accounting.

    What You'll Do

  • Provide program management support and coordination of a variety of Talent team projects, with a heavy focus on campus and professional hiring projects
  • Work with other Development Managers and Recruiters to track and manage existing recruiting programs
  • Provide data to the department Business Analyst for talent insight generation
  • Identify or brainstorm improvement plans for existing hiring programs and create processes to increase efficiency for hiring timelines
  • Work closely with Development Managers, Recruiters, and Talent Leadership to ensure hiring process is clearly communicated and support is easily accessible
  • Help keep process and procedure documentation up to date by documenting current process and identifying gaps
  • Participate in Campus event planning both before and during the events
  • Build relationships with Development Managers and Recruiters to better understand their needs and how we can support them best
  • Objective Minimum Qualifications

    To be considered for the Program Manager Co-Op/Internship position, the Objective Minimum Qualifications (OMQs) below must be met. Please ensure that your application clearly indicates these OMQs:

  • Must be a current degree-seeking student who will graduate no later than July 2025.
  • Able to be in-office 2 days a week for the duration of the co-op as well as available on day's where hiring events are hosted
  • Skilled/trained in communications with an interest in Project or Program Management
  • Is a creative problem solver; is able to dive in, find the right information, and work to an agreeable solution
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills
  • Is highly organized
  • Is detail oriented – this isn't a buzz word, keeping track of details will be key in your role
  • A willingness to incorporate feedback in a timely manner as you experiment and learn
  • Reside in Canada and/or attend a university in Canada.
  • Additional qualifications and preferences:

  • Classwork or experience in Business, Organizational Behaviour/Design, or Project Management preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and multitask
  • A positive and resilient personality; you must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with possible frequent changes
  • Flexibility to work with geographically distributed teams
  • Solid proficiency with Microsoft Suite (Excel is a big plus)
  • Understanding or experience in change management, agile methodologies, and design thinking
  • General understanding of recruiting processes is a plus
