    Laboratory Sample Custodian Role

    At Paracel Laboratories Ltd., our team is seeking a detail-oriented Laboratory Sample Custodian to oversee the life cycle of samples at our Richmond Hill Depot.

    • This full-time position involves interacting with clients and lab operations as a frontline liaison.

    Duties:

    1. Unpack and inspect client-delivered samples for integrity verification and details tracking.
    2. Greet clients, answer phone calls, provide assistance or direct inquiries accordingly.
    3. Communicate with clients regarding sample submissions, inquiries, or issues using LIMS for tracking purposes.
