Looking for a competent and enthusiastic carpenter to assist Ethos's current Carpenter & site upervisor in the construction of multi-family construction and renovation work done by Ethos Infill & Developments Inc.
Duties:
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches to understand project specifications
- Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join materials according to plans
- Build window frames, doors, staircases, and frame buildings by using raw materials or preconstructed items
- Install structures and fixtures such as windows and molding
- Inspect and replace damaged framework or other structures
- Perform repairs on existing wooden structures
- Restore old buildings by preserving or replacing damaged woodwork
Skills:
- Proficiency in blueprint reading and interpreting schematics
- Ability to assemble, build, and restore wooden structures
- Knowledge of siding installation techniques
- Familiarity with CNC machinery for woodwork fabrication is a plus
- Experience in masonry work for construction projects is advantageous
- Strong carpentry skills including construction estimating
Pay:
$27.00-$40.00 per hour

- carpentry: 3 years (preferred)
